Draft Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Balancing &
Settlement Code) Regulations, 2009.
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 181 read with
Sections 42 (2), 66 and 94 (2) of the Electricity Act 2003 (36 of
2003) and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Jharkhand
State Electricity Regulatory Commission has made the draft
‘(Balancing & Settlement Code) Regulations, 2009’.
The draft regulations are annexed to this notice and can also be
downloaded.
The comments/ suggestions/objections on the draft regulations may be
sent to the undersigned latest by 22.10.2009.
The comments/suggestions/objections received after the stipulated
date in the Commission’s office may not be considered while
finalizing these regulations.
