Subject: Draft Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission
(Open Access Intra-State Transmission and Distribution- First
Amendment) Regulations, 2009
In exercise of
powers conferred under Section 39(2) (d), 40(c), 42(2, 3), 86(1) (c)
read with section 181(1) of the Electricity Act, 2003 (No. 36 of
2003) and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Jharkhand
State Electricity Regulatory Commission has made the draft ‘(Open
Access Intra-State Transmission and Distribution- First Amendment)
Regulations, 2009’.
The draft regulations are annexed to this notice and can also be
downloaded.
The comments/ suggestions/objections on the draft regulations may be
sent to the undersigned latest by 22.10.2009.
The comments/suggestions/objections received after the stipulated
date in the Commission’s office may not be considered while
finalizing these regulations.
