‘(Utilization of Surplus Capacity of Captive Power Plants based on
conventional fuel) Regulation, 2009’
In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (b) of Section 86
of the Electricity Act 2003 (36 of 2003) and all powers enabling it
on that behalf, the Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory
Commission has made the draft regulations on the ‘(Utilization of
Surplus Capacity of Captive Power Plants based on conventional fuel)
Regulation, 2009’
The draft regulations are annexed to this notice and can also be
downloaded.
The comments/ suggestions/objections on the draft regulations may be
sent to the undersigned latest by 22.10.2009.
The comments/suggestions/objections received after the stipulated
date in the Commission’s office may not be considered while
finalizing these regulations.
